TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

In these Terms, “NATIO”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller.

2. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern access to natio.pro and the purchase of products available in the online store.

By using the website or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Returns and Refunds Policy and the Shipping Policy published on the website.

The store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the technical infrastructure needed to sell the products. All purchases are nevertheless concluded directly between the customer and NATIO.

3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

NATIO aims to describe and represent its products as accurately as possible. However, product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen and settings of the device used.

The essential characteristics, price and availability of each product are shown on its product page.

NATIO VTR is an electronic product intended to monitor general wellness and physical activity. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat diseases. Measurements provided by the device and its connected app are indicative and do not replace medical instruments or assessments.

Some features may depend on the hardware version, firmware, app used and smartphone compatibility.

4. ORDERS AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

An order submitted by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase.

After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation at the email address entered at checkout. The sales contract is concluded when NATIO accepts the order and payment is successfully processed.

NATIO reserves the right to reject or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious error in the price or description, payment is unauthorised, information is incomplete or fraudulent use of the website is suspected. If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

The customer must check that their details, products and delivery address are correct before confirming the order.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are expressed in euros and represent the final product price, including applicable charges where required.

Any shipping charges are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed and paid for.

Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout. Payments are processed through secure systems provided by Shopify and its payment service providers.

NATIO does not directly store complete payment card details.

Promotions and discount codes are valid only under the conditions and for the period stated. Unless otherwise indicated, promotions cannot be combined.

6. AVAILABILITY

The availability shown on the website is updated regularly. However, an error or simultaneous sales may make a product unavailable after an order is submitted.

In this case, NATIO will inform the customer and offer them the choice of waiting for new stock, accepting an alternative product or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Shipping costs, methods and estimated delivery times are stated in the Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, periods of high order volumes or events beyond NATIO’s direct control.

The risk of loss of or damage to the product passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.

The customer must provide a complete and correct address. Any costs resulting from incorrect details or failed delivery attributable to the recipient may be charged to the customer, within the limits permitted by law.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

NATIO also offers a commercial returns policy extended to 15 days from delivery, under the conditions stated in the Returns and Refunds Policy available on the website.

To request a return or give notice of withdrawal, the customer can use the online feature in their customer account, signing in with the order email address and a verification code. They can also email natiorevolut@gmail.com with the order number and their decision to withdraw. Notification of withdrawal does not require NATIO's prior authorisation.

After notification of withdrawal, the product must be sent back without undue delay and within 14 days. Full instructions are provided in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

The product should be returned with the accessories received and, where possible, the original packaging. Missing original packaging does not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. The consumer is responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return procedures, costs and refund timing are specified in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights provided by law remain valid in all cases.

9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers are encouraged to inspect the product on delivery.

If the product is damaged, defective or different from the one ordered, the customer should contact NATIO at natiorevolut@gmail.com, stating the order number and, where possible, attaching photographs to help verify the issue.

NATIO will assess the report and provide instructions for replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable law.

10. STATUTORY GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

NATIO is responsible for defects of conformity that become apparent within two years of product delivery, under the terms and conditions provided by law.

In the event of a defect of conformity, the consumer may request the remedies provided by applicable law, including repair or replacement and, where the relevant conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

11. USE OF THE WEBSITE

The customer agrees to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in activities that may damage, interrupt or compromise its operation or other users’ security.

The website must not be used to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or misleading content, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware or collect third parties’ personal data without authorisation.

NATIO may suspend or restrict access to the website in the event of a breach of these Terms or unlawful use.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Texts, photographs, images, videos, graphics, logos, trade names, designs and other content on the website belong to NATIO or are used with the permission of their respective owners.

This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

Trademarks and content belonging to Shopify or other parties remain the property of their respective owners.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The website may contain links or features provided by third parties, such as payment systems, shipping services, apps and social platforms.

NATIO does not control external websites and is not responsible for their content or operation. Use of third-party services may be subject to the respective provider’s terms and policies.

14. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy published at:

The website may use cookies and similar technologies as stated in the Cookie Policy and the preference management panel available on the website.

As the store is hosted by Shopify, some data may be processed by Shopify and other providers needed to operate the store, payments and shipping.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NATIO is not responsible for temporary website interruptions, delays or service failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to consumers’ mandatory rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Wellness and physical activity information provided by the product and connected app is indicative and does not constitute a diagnosis or medical advice.

16. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

NATIO may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes.

The version applicable to a purchase is the one published on the website when the order is submitted. Changes do not affect rights already acquired by the customer.

17. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable European Union law.

For customers acting as consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile retains jurisdiction where required by law.
